When you engage Call Tax Support for tax preparation or e-filing services, a tax preparer–client relationship is established for that engagement. This does not create an attorney–client relationship or a financial advisor relationship, and does not extend to legal or financial advisory services, which we do not provide.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for reviewing your return before it is filed.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are limited to basic W-2 tax situations. More complex tax matters may require licensed professionals outside the scope of our services.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

• Our services are limited to simple W-2 tax preparation and do not extend to complex tax situations

• You remain responsible for reviewing your return and for the accuracy of information you provide

• You will consult a licensed attorney or financial advisor for matters outside the scope of tax preparation

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Tax Support and MMJ Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our website or services

• Errors, omissions, or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the user
